Your Driver Meets You on Arrival
Be greeted by one of our knowledgeable, English-speaking drivers upon your arrival. You’ll receive detailed instructions on navigating the airport and connecting with your personal driver immediately after booking.
All our drivers are personally vetted. They notify me when they arrive at the airport, when they collect you after arrival, and again when you have been dropped off. For your safety and comfort, I will email you the driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo, and phone number.
Can I Choose Where to Go and Places to Visit?
Absolutely. The main advantage of hiring a private car and driver is the flexibility to go wherever you want.
You can plan your schedule directly with the driver when you meet or consult my posts on itineraries for day tours, attractions, temples, beach clubs, and waterfalls beforehand. You can choose from popular routes which my drivers know well, or you can follow your own tour itinerary. We’re flexible with whatever you decide and you can change your itinerary as the day progresses at no extra charge.
Will My Driver Wait for Me Outside the Attractions?
Yes, your driver will drop you off, and where possible, park nearby and escort you to buy entry tickets or help arrange a local guide if needed. For very busy attractions, he may drop you off at the entrance and park further away.
When you are ready to leave, you can text him ahead of time (10-15 minutes) so he can pick you up at a prearranged spot. There is no extra charge for waiting, so you can take your time and relax.
This is especially helpful when visiting attractions that take a while or spending a few hours at a beach club.
How Long Do I Have My Driver?
You have your driver for 10 hours from your arrival time, just like hiring a private car and driver for the day. This is a great deal considering that your driver will meet you even if your flight is late.
However, if your flight is 3 hours late and your driver has been waiting all that time, the clock starts from the booked arrival time.
