NEED TO KNOW

When travelling to Bali (or anywhere) there are a number of things where local knowledge will take away unnecessary friction and get you ahead of the game long before you land.

There are a few things I have found myself searching for whenever going to a new country – what the visa requirements are, what currency is used and how to manage money, getting from the airport to my first night’s accommodations, what to see while I’m there and how to get around other than taking day tours.

Then of course there are the things we really care about – eating, drinking and shopping.
