Please note: Fast Track service bookings have been suspended due to local government regulations prohibiting these services at Bali Airport for tourism. As regulations can change quickly in Indonesia, we recommend caution when booking other Fast Track services, as demand is high and scams are prevalent.
Be wary of websites selling unofficial Fast Track services, as they may be breaking the law.
Immigration and customs at Bali Airport can be slow, with reports of up to 2 hours in queues. Our Fast Track service allows you to skip the lines for visa processing, immigration, and customs, ensuring a smoother arrival experience.
What is the Fast Track Service?
You will be greeted by our Fast Track Agent at the gate, where you’ll hand over your passport, vaccine certificates, and arrival card. They will escort you through the arrivals hall, bypassing lines to apply for the Visa on Arrival (VoA).
Your agent will guide you quickly through Immigration & Passport Control, helping you avoid lengthy waits, and assist you through customs before handing you over to your driver. Detailed instructions on required documents will be provided after booking.
What documents do I need to provide for Fast Track?
After booking, you will receive an email explaining the process and requesting photos of passports and vaccination certificates for all travelers. Vaccination certificates must have a barcode; those without may not be accepted.
You’ll need to present your passports, original vaccination certificate, and a completed arrival card upon arrival. Fast Track is optional, so you can book an airport transfer with or without it.
Can I book Fast Track separately?
No, Fast Track service is only available with a Bali Airport Transfer to ensure a seamless experience from the gate to your driver.
